Weblink shall not be held liable for any security failure or data breach resulting from the user/client's own negligence, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or failure to secure their local systems.

The user/client accepts that Weblink's role is limited to providing the services as described, and Weblink assumes no liability for the user's failure to meet any obligations under their applicable Regional Privacy Laws.
